    STANDARD INSTALLATION CONDITIONS :-

  1. Installation area within 25' X 75'.
  2. Installation height below 10'.
  3. Valid for Terrace houses, condominiums, apartment, shops or office.
  4. Each wiring shall not more than 66'
  5. Installation within a same level.
  6. Surface wiring without hacking.
  7. The 1st workmanship for wiring and system installation shall be conducted within one working day.
  8. Two power points shall be installed beside the DVR by the client before the 1st workmanship is conducted.
  9. The 2nd workmanship for system configuration, router configuration & training shall be conducted within one hour.
  10. For internet CCTV monitoring (via computer or smart phone), the installation premises must have Streamyx, Unifi, Maxis Fiber or Time Fiber installed with not technical problem like "double ip" problem. The router must be installed beside the DVR by the client before the 2nd workmanship is conducted.
  11. Installation premises in Klang Valley.
  12. Our authorized dealers reserve the rights to impose any additional surcharge if the installation conditions are different from the above or any special arrangement needed due to customer's requirement.

    HOW IT WORKS :-

  1. Call any of our authorized dealers for enquiries, site visit and quotation.
  2. Confirmation of your purchase and deposit payment.
  3. Confirmation on the 1st workmanship and 2nd workmanship appointment schedules.
  4. You will receive calls from the dealer or their representative prior to appointment. (The dealer reserves the right to reschedule if the customer is unreachable).
  5. The 1st workmanship requires one working day for Wiring and Installation. It will take place from 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. on agreed date (Mon - Sat, including selected public holidays).
  6. You shall pay the final payment during the 1st workmanship.
  7. The 2nd workmanship requires 1 hour for Configuration and Training. Appointment time may be made between 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
